Pauline Hickey est né à Londres, mais a été soulevée dans le Mauve à Cork (Irlande). Elle est retournée en Angleterre dans les années 80, lorsque son modélisation carrière a décollé. Pauline apparaît dans la séquence de titre de 1985 Electric Blue vidéo "Bra Busters". Elle a également paru dans (The Sexy Secrets of the) Kissogram filles et Euro Clivage Queens VI, V3, V4: ces vidéos mai bien représenter l'ensemble de sa production.
