Karla Klein was born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1945. She was small (4 feet 11 inches) but nontheless had incredibly full breasts (42-26-39). Her career blossomed around the mid-60s through to the early 70s, when she featured in many of the magazines of the period: Fling, May 1966; Fling Festival, Winter 1967; King Size, January 1971.
