It's those early pics that look very real. She claims to have had a "lift" later on due to cysts which were removed from her breasts. She also claims to have suffered from virginal breast hypertrophy; the condition from which made her breasts huge in the first place.

You are the king of natural breasts, and I will definately take your word in this case, but don't those early pics look real? I read "Every Inch a Lady" which explains her life, but this could be fake as well."
